I was disgusted when I heard Justice Roberts ask whether disqualifying TFG would disenfranchise some voters.
G.D.-it! Roberts! why did you not ask that question when you let southern states disenfranchise voters, en masse, on the basis of race, when you decided Shelby v. Holder?
So, Roberts, you are willing to take voting rights away from hundreds of thousands of black voters yet you shake and moan at the mere thought of disqualifying one near-traitor on the rather clear grounds clearly called out in the text of the 14th Amendment.
