my weekly enunciation lesson just ended
I used my cylon microphone to sound more clearly - see attached pic
today i had some difficulty to properly pronounce the word:
“era”
rumor has it that “era” is pronounced at British isles as “eh-rah” but Americans pronounce it “eeeeee-rah” so different sound, namely as “ee” as in “seen”
dear Americans , can you confirm? or how do you pronounce the word “era” exactly?
