Are you invested in German's old and new culture too ?
Because of our German mom, there was a lot of lighter operette in the house in our youth. Only one Dutch TV-channel early '60's. German light-music was popular too. Based in the South of The Netherlands, Andre Rieu is touring with his orchestra often over Europe, also US and Canada.
Pop took over half '60's , also or me.
But we started to revisit Germany again few years ago. Yes, there is some nostalgia there 🙂
