Styles are scoped to the container within a container query, okay. The color of h2s inside .container is red, fine, but why can I use combinators with ancestor elements inside a container query? That doesn't work in a @scope rule. You'd need a :scope between body and h2.
It's a weird mix of conditional styling and scoping. I can't find anything about that in the spec or in blogs.
