If you really want to knock out a cold or virus at the earliest stage...
1. Tube of Ivermectin horse paste off Amazon or your local farm supply store. It's dosed by weight, take the appropriate amount for a horse of your weight. The pounds are right on the plunger of the syringe, a moron can do it. Swallow the paste in a bite of yogurt if you're a pussy.
2. Vitamin D, 5000 mg
3. Zinc, 100 mg
4. Vitamin C, 1000 mg
Take each of those every 12 hours for two days.
I've never had a cold progress past initial extremely mild symptoms if I do this at the first feeling that I'm getting sick. Done it at least a dozen times the past 4 years, 100% success.
