I kind of feel like there are so many homosexual stories now that we don't need to insert this into every mainstream story and congratulate ourselves for being inclusive. There is already an entire genre that has done all this before. Same when it comes to the portrayal of women, even in action films. That was awkward when there are many female action figures already.... who probably did it better too.
