I feel so sad for my partner, she believes quite strongly that she has ADHD and I think she's right and it took so much for her to decide she actually wanted to go to the doctor and seek a professional diagnosis, it could help her out at work and home, would validate a thing that gives her a lot of anxiety, and potentially offer some help with medication. The doctor basically said well you've got a stable job so no we're not going to refer you because other people need it more.
