I treat my game a little bit like an affliction. It's a chronic and sometimes degenerative disorder that just consumes a constant percentage of waking mental bandwidth.
Working on it is medicinal, but sometimes feeling like I'm not making enough of a dent makes it worse.
The only cure is being able to finally play it myself.
