So looks like #CoolIdeas implements CGNT.
And this explains why my #wireguard vpn stops working - at some point, I get shafted behind one of these CGNT routers (detectable via WAN address suddenly falling in the 100.64.x.x block).
A restart of the WAN interface gets me temporarily back to accessible public IP.
