Neil Brown on Nostr: After getting sore ears, and a headache, from wearing a headset for a five hour video ...
After getting sore ears, and a headache, from wearing a headset for a five hour video call last week, I took the plunge and bought some speakers and a microphone.
The audio quality is fine for what I need, but I reckon that it sounds a bit more echo-y than my boom mic (not a surprise, since I work in a large, spartan, box).
Both are USB-C, both plugged into my laptop running Debian, and both "just worked" :)
