I am not a #law professor but if I was and I had to teach a #trademark law class I would absolutely include this case In re Lizzo LLC decided by the USPTO's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in which the examining attorney's refusal to register "100% That Bitch" was reversed by the TTAB. It's actually a very interesting case but my favorite part was the examining attorney's inclusion of a screenshot from the Urban Dictionary to justify the refusal. 😂
