I think... maybe 5 times, childhood included that I got so sick that I had to stay home. That I got really sick. But those were more like a flu
Got the swine flu in 2011 Had to go home from work (first an only time) on a Friday at lunch Extremely sick Saturday Much better Sunday fully recovered at Monday.
