Not like truth matters with Trump, but this is simply untrue, as explained by the NY AG's brief. Losing defendants have filed even bigger appeal bonds over $1 billion. Trump has not done so because either (a) he doesn't want to or (b) he lacks sufficient collateral for the bonds.
