Unfortunately not, this would require support from StartOS (at the linux kernel level), which is unlikely to happen. I tried to hack it on my own node, but couldn't get it working. Specter has a very different architecture in this regard, as it is a 'web application' and can use the browser API for that. KASM /webtop (which sparrow on startos is based on) can do this, but needs a virtual camera device on the actual OS (StartOS) and forwarded to the webtop container.
Someone asked something similar for USB device support, but that would require tighter integration from StartOS at the OS level and is confirmed not happening/planned by the devs.
