Some scapes are now fermenting (I haven't tried lactofermenting them, that is the laziest way to pickle, so going to try it) and 4 sheets of shredded scapes+salt are in the dehydrator. Walking through the room with the dehydrating garlic might actually be exposure to a bioweapon. Everything smells like garlic. I am become garlic.
