No, and that's even assuming these anarchists can be backed by infinite Chinese money and Russian weapons through iran like the hoothis. Because if that was the case the theocracy of iran would have collapsed long ago since the people opposing them did/do have access to infinite American money and high tech weapons. Yet the theocracy in iran still stands.
