I’m probably the last person to give advice for this, but women should wear their hair down in most cases but especially the prom. It’s just more presentable and in my eyes, more effeminate. She looks like she’s about to scrap at her local ghetto dollar store with that hairstyle, not go to a major socialization event in her most formative years.
