"content": "Good afternoon #fermentation enthusiasts. The 2023 hot pepper crop is in the two gallon crock. This is always a #gardening milestone that we made it around the seasons in southern #Minnesota. This is 5,085 grams of peppers and two percent salt. Which is 102 grams of kosher salt. This will #ferment for months to get just right. We processed what we harvested on Saturday.
