ESPN+ is mostly them streaming broadcasts produced by other entities. Their NHL games are just the local broadcasts, not even with an ESPN wrapper. Their college football selection is all G5s and FCS teams, again, many of them produced by campus broadcasting departments. When you can pay for ESPN+ and get even C-level content, let alone top-tier, I'll believe it.
