Support Manager where the VPs \u0026 Partners had Displaywriter hardware for their Secretaries \u0026 PAs. Everyone else had PCs with Displaywriter 3 software. The hardware version was a PITA to support as even just changing the font required messing around with an eeprom and they seemed to want to change every week",
