I can help you with that, to run 1 s19j you would need to produce at least 3250W. A search shows that a 200W monocrystalline panel costs $250. so you would need ~17 panels or $4,250, about twice the cost of the miner right now.
although, 200W is perfect conditions meaning at the equator at noon. so you will likely need more probably 20 panels. And that would enough to just run the miner for peak sun hours, maybe 9am to 3pm.
if you want to run 24/7 you'll need batteries and that's where it gets expensive, a 10kw battery could cost ~12k and you would need around 60kw battery to run 24/7 and the extra panels to run the miner but also charge 60kw in ~6hours
