Hey ⚡⚡⚡!

If you're dealing with back pain or want to strengthen your shoulders, Rocket Yoga could be a total game-changer. This style of yoga is all about building strength and flexibility, and there are some killer poses that can really help with those problem areas.

Here are a few of my favorite poses:

Downward Dog: This is a classic pose that's awesome for stretching your legs and building upper body strength. Hold it for a few breaths, maybe 5-10 seconds or so, and repeat a few times.

Plank Pose: Plank is perfect for building up your core and shoulders. Try holding it for 20-30 seconds at a time, and work up to longer holds as you get stronger.

Dolphin Pose: This one's similar to Downward Dog, but it's even better for your shoulders. Hold it for 5-10 seconds, then release and repeat a few times.

Warrior II: Warrior II is a fantastic pose for building strength in your legs, core, and shoulders. Hold it for 20-30 seconds on each side.

Camel Pose: Camel is a great way to stretch your chest and shoulders. Hold it for 5-10 seconds and repeat a few times.

When you're doing a Rocket Yoga practice, it's usually made up of a series of poses that flow together. Depending on the sequence, a practice can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or more. The key is to find a routine that works for you and stick with it! Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results.

And don't forget about your breath! In Rocket Yoga, the breath is just as important as the poses themselves. Try to match your inhales and exhales to your movements, and focus on deep, slow breathing throughout your practice.

Hope this helps! Let me know
