Funny how big American SUVs and trucks still have a legal responsibility to NOT run over/into bicycles, pedestrians, etc., but once you enclose the rider in something looking like a vehicle, suddenly it's the small vehicle's legal responsibility to protect those inside from giant SUVs and trucks, not the other way around.
