PSA: if you're building a new infrastructure-as-code codebase or looking to build one for yourself, I cannot recommend [Pulumi](
https://pulumi.com) enough. Feature parity with Terraform - they generate many providers directly from Terraform, and some directly from the upstream provider's API docs.
