"content": "nostr:npub1nzscmm8h2n55er93868u650ecj38qcsawtjhv6zzv9xws8h3xkgsxrtrp5 yk i've been frustrated with fat people from a very young age. move more, eat less, should be simple right? maybe it was back in the 90s. but now with fat acceptance, the state of psychiatry, and the increasingly abysmal food we have the easiest access to, i'm beginning to think that the average person probably doesn't have the wit to navigate the current food landscape, or the grit to stick to an uncomfortable diet and workout plan.",
