I’m growing them again this year! I give them a raised bed and they’ll fill it with tubers by the fall. Pretty sunflower-type flowers all over the plants, and the plants get really big in my climate. I think they’re tasty roasted in olive oil, but very farty and won’t store too well. Good emergency food supply.
