Today I've been feeling very depressed. It's rare to me as I'm just generally anxious, but not depressed. I suffered from clinical depression for couple of years a long time ago in my 20s and this feeling reminds me of that. Hello darkness my old friend, long time no see.

So today the typical Anxiety friend of mine has been kinda sitting in the side and I just feel very sad all the time. Can't change it no matter what I do. It started right after I woke up this morning with a noticeable stomach pain, I don't know the reason for that either. The stomach issues been on and off throughout the day.

I don't know. I guess I'm just exhausted. I haven't been sleeping very well lately. And the stomach...

I hope this too shall pass. It's late but I'm still going to eat some chicken wings next. Hungry.
