if decreased magnetic shielding from the sun leads to more clouds and thus more precipitation, then it follows that the closer you are to the biggest source of water vapor the more danger you are in

especially when you combine the fact that lower air temperatures accelerates water condensation into clouds which accelerates due to clouds forming

this is why high and dry is where i plan to be as this magnetic shield continues to decline over the next 20 years or so
