Our family has been passing around this cold/cough crap for about 5 weeks. Our bodies are fighting but I jave mainly used supportive methods and let the body do its thing. Last night I broke down and gave the kids a childrens night time cough medicine. My son woke up angry and my daughter woke up, was weepy and ended up taking a magnesium bath and going back to sleep for 2 hours. Moral of the sotry, we should have just kept doing what we were bc that wasnt worth it.
