I am more sceptical here. Bitcoin is cool, but it solves just one of many problems State causes.
You still need to solve regulation of everything, taxation of everything, for State to die.
I think the only way to starve the State is to change the mindset of the people, so they won't need it anymore. The State needs to be obsolete in the minds of the people, as pharaohs and slavery are now.
It's a work for many generations I suppose.
Good news is that meanwhile, Bitcoin can benefit individual here and now.
But it won't starve the state to death, I fear. Bitcoin does not solve extortion from physical goods (real-estate is good example).
