I really wish I could say that is all true, but sadly it is not. We were a very broke family (he came from money) and he didn't take handouts from his family until they passed and left him as the executor. He spent all of that money instead of investing it properly and didn't take any of my advice. I will now hope to do right by the money/assets left to me and hope to leave behind a great legacy to various non-profits (I won't marry or have kids) after my passing hopefully some time long down the road.
