Ok, an update. The "bread" is still too damp internally, but tastes fab, and even more so if I put the slices in the oven for a while. But than to make it, it is a bit of a palava. Mix, bake for 30, cool a little, out of pan and bake upside down for another 30. Slice, toast slices in low oven for maybe 45m.

I really love the result, but is it worth it? 🤔 👀 🤷

(Reminder: the bread is a almond meal, linseed meal, psyllium, seeds etc mix, not a real wheat-yeasted bread.)
