Without regard to their referents and certainly not to the minds and hearts designated by the names. Does he remember who, say, Fiona Hill or Federica Wilson even is? I don’t see him nursing grudges (like a human) but just slinging syllables around recklessly in what turn out to be very destructive speech acts.",
