Mullvad runs its own DoH service and its browsers uses that by default (https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls). Tor Browser, of course, connects by default over the Tor network, which is a highly sophisticated anonymization service. It's not using DoH, but rather the Tor network prevents local eavesdroppers from seeing the browser's DNS connections.",
