i'm kinda low key a bit excited about getting DMSO with magnesium chloride
in the last couple of weeks i have been finding myself standing at my desk more and more than sitting
the only thing that is making this suck a bit is after i do it for about 3 hours my lower back muscles are creaky
and i know the reason why is that my front abdominal muscles are weak, it can be seen by how much they let my gutrope sack prorude, and the two things are related, though you almost never hear anyone pointing this out
yes, the main cause of lower back pain is frontal abdonminal weakness and the main treatment is situps
so, i'm probably going to be not only coating my feet and hands with this DMSO solution, most likely also gonna give my belly a good bit of treatment as well, so that i get faster recovery from it and make progress, and i'm gonna do the situp test soon and i feel like with something helping my circulation and muscle relax cycle in my hands, feet and abs it will be pretty much easy to finally build back my core and upper body strength to the point where i don't get this creak in my lower back
