Is inflation necessary for a productive economy? A simple but profound question raised by
Jeff Booth (npub1s05…eyhe) Growing up, as you learn about saving and investing, the average person just sees that the expected inflation rate is 2%, but we never questioned why! I remember looking at retirement calculators in college and trying to figure out why the hell my money would be worth less in the future. It wasn’t until falling down the #Bitcoin rabbit hole that I began to see that it is a function of the system.
