No need to use orbot with Coracle Android app if you are using NIP-55 login instead of NIP-46.
When you log into the app, you should be choosing "Use Amber"(NIP-55) instead of "Use Remote Signer" (NIP-46).
NIP-55 signing is entirely local to the device.
