So many things would be impossible to say. At the extremes, people would just hold up a flaming roman numeral - like "17" to represent "victory in Christ" - in the process of building up a mob to kill jews. The jews cannot reasonably ban saying numbers, especially not small ones, but the time will eventually come when we simply say a single number to express our unending hatred of jews.
