Our house was built in 2016 and is well insulated. It also is brick, so it has an above average thermal mass. The house, before it was burnt down and rebuilt, didn't have the thermal mass and the previous owner didn't put in any A/C. I just don't handle warm at all. If I am slightly warm, I can't sleep.
