I'm not going to make any personal decisions based on advice from Goldman Sachs.
but they are a huge company that employs tons of economists, and when they state a pretty obvious economic fact.... one that contradicts the beliefs of tens of millions of my ignorant fellow citizens, I think it's helpful to show that statement of obvious fact :-)
