I do have a salary $5K minus taxes = $3.4K. Things work differently here. It's better to invest in marketing than in other areas (according to some people)... We, the other area, have to get everything we need to do what we need to do by ourselves...
It's been 4 years now, it's frustrating running without a budget, I have contemplated resigning plenty of times.
