Upon further research, it seems Embassy OS has caught up to and possibly overtook Umbrel with the list of core Bitcoin apps. Specifically more support for Core Lightning. But still missing the convenience of Tailscale VPN. Upgrading my node (mempool made my Raspberry Pi weep😭) and will try that instead.
