The owners have a strong history of supporting the local LGBT community in SF and Oakland and their gyms in the city have long been safe spaces for queers, particularly the older ones in the Castro [which is more or less no longer a queer space] and the SOMA location in the design district. FtR, I don't give a fuck about attracting Walnut Creek workers.
