its #MEAwarenessDay and it seems fitting that we had a fatigue flare strong enough that we practically doubled our normal time spent asleep, likely from doing too much yesterday.
there is no treatment, no cure, an average diagnosis time of 8 years, a quality of life often as poor or poorer than late stage cancer or congestive heart failure, and those of us that dont have family to care for us are essentially fucked when it comes to surviving with this illness.
