Pondering what simple web app to make next - I've already done polls (Pick a Date) and bookmarks (Viking Mind).
Do you use a web app that's gone downhill (lots of JavaScript, intrusive advertising, terrible privacy policy, inaccessible etc.) and you wish was simpler?
