I think it is more about Nostr clients problem. Sometimes, different client will give different experience. Native client (Damus, Amethyst, Gossip, etc) will have faster performance relatively compared to Web clients (Snort, Iris, etc). This is the main homework for Nostr client developers to improve their clients in this early days. 🙂
