The BRB is calling 50 more professionals who were approved in the Analyst of Information Technology contest. The list of names of the convoked will be published in the Official Gazette of the Federal District (DODF) this Wednesday (21). This initiative reinforces the bank's commitment to digital transformation and innovation. Since 2019, the BRB has hired over 1,200 new employees through six public contests, as part of its strategic plan for growth and modernization. With a 30-hour weekly schedule and a salary of R$ 10,678.42, IT analysts play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and security of the bank's technological systems and solutions. Among their responsibilities are supporting internal and client areas, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and coordinating projects that ensure the efficiency and innovation of the services provided. The BRB is living a moment of consolidation as one of the most innovative financial institutions in the country. With over 9 million customers, technology is at the center of our growth and relationship strategy. By calling these new IT analysts, we are taking another concrete step to strengthen our digital infrastructure, expand the security of our operations, and create unique experiences for our customers. After delivering documents and completing the medical evaluation, the new analysts will participate in an integration process, with trainings focused on organizational culture, banking practices, and service and operation standards at BRB.
