this discovery (for me) makes me realize how little I really know about the jazz world, even just the bebop/swing era that I favor.

Which is actually a ton of fun -- to be able to discover so much "new" music this late in my life... I guess the silver lining of streaming services is that I can easily get to it.

Although more correctly, it shows the value of radio and human curation. Would I have learned about him just listening to a streaming service? Most likely not.
