I do, I haven’t used it masses but it’s useful if I score a bunch of short dated mushrooms, or (like now) for drying leek tops to powder and use for seasoning.
It does have a timer built-in, but if I set it to go off in (say) four hours, I’ll just have to run it again in the morning to make sure the humidity hasn’t made the food damp again: may as well just run it straight through to be safe.
