It’s 2023. Why do the mugshots from Fulton County, Georgia look like screen grabs from cheap CRT surveillance camera footage. My iPhone 13 (not even the latest) has a 12MP camera. They can’t find afford a decent camera? I would think a high definition camera with good lighting would be important in case you needed to alert the public to a fugitive.
